There's nothing else quite like this. The Jake Ambigram shown here is a nice short symmetric ambigram that at first glance doesn't quite seem possible.

As you can see from the preview, ambigrams really are ambi-guous depending on how you read them. This design can be read as 'Jake' one way and also can be read as 'Jake' the other way (or is it the other way around?). To rotate the design, just move your mouse over the image.
